At Swaadus – World Under the Ocean, we strive to deliver a delightful dining and event experience for every guest. Each meal, event, and celebration is prepared with precision, care, and personalized attention. However, we understand that plans can change, and this policy ensures complete transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.
For restaurant reservations, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of any advance amount paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking or in case of a no-show are non-refundable, as preparations and arrangements are already in progress. Rescheduling can be accommodated upon request, depending on table availability and management approval.
For banquet or event bookings, a 25% advance payment is required to secure your date. Cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date are non-refundable, as event planning, décor, and kitchen preparations begin well in advance. In exceptional cases, we may allow date adjustments based on mutual availability.
Refunds are not applicable for bookings made under special offers, festive promotions, or customized packages once confirmed. Such reservations are final and non-cancellable due to their exclusive nature.
All eligible refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after confirmation from our accounts team. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
